Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

  1. Order Tracking

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking details may be shared after dispatch so customers can follow their shipment.

  1. Delayed Shipments

Delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related queries.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number. REVA CREATION cannot guarantee successful delivery when the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
